Returns and Refunds

RETURN POLICY

Our returns window is 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached. Items must not be worn, damaged, or soiled (unless the item arrived faulty).

Please note: Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. Any items returned outside of the 30-day window, or returned in a condition that does not meet the above criteria (unless faulty), will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. Liive Vision will not cover the cost of returning these items to you.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

All returns must be requested and approved before sending any items back to us. To submit a return request, log into your account, navigate to your order, select the item you wish to return, and choose your return reason, or scroll to the bottom of this page and click "START A RETURN". Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Do not send items back without an approved return request — any unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

REPLACEMENTS & EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received. Size exchange requests are subject to availability of stock — if your requested size is unavailable, a refund will be provided instead. To request an exchange, please use the self-serve returns portal and select the appropriate reason.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty.

RETURN SHIPPING

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive confirmation with return instructions. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable — if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

If you have not received your refund after a reasonable time, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@liivevision.com.
