Orders & Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Order before 1:00PM and we’ll get it out the same day. Delivery times vary by location — head to our Shipping page for full details.

Yes. Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $75. Free Express Shipping on all Australian orders over $100. International orders incur a flat shipping fee of $25–$70 calculated at checkout.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs or import duties on arrival — these are the customer’s responsibility to pay. We’re unable to mark orders as gifts to reduce customs fees. See our Shipping page for full details.

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link by email — make sure your email address is correct at checkout. Hit the link and follow it all the way to your door.

Address changes can only be made before your order begins processing. Contact us at customerservice@liivevision.com with your order number as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags attached. Sale items are only eligible for return if faulty. All returns must be requested and approved before sending anything back — log in to your account to submit a return request. See our Returns page for full details.

Return shipping is at your cost. We recommend using a trackable service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within a few business days. If it’s taking longer, check with your bank first, then reach out to us at customerservice@liivevision.com.

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. Size exchange requests are subject to stock availability — if your requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead. Use the self-serve returns portal in your account to request an exchange.

Warranty

Every pair of Liive sunglasses is backed by a 12-month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials from the date of purchase. You’ll need proof of purchase from an authorised dealer to make a claim. The warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, lost screws, fading or peeling of frames, or nose piece deterioration. See our Warranty page for full details.

Products & Lenses

Most Liive styles come with polarised lenses. Polarisation cuts glare from reflective surfaces like water, roads and snow — making a real difference in bright conditions. Check the individual product page to confirm polarisation for a specific style.

All Liive sunglasses provide UV400 protection, blocking 99–100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays. Your eyes are covered.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer spare or replacement parts — including lenses, arms or screws.

Rinse with warm water after beach or pool sessions — salt and chlorine can damage lens coatings. Use the microfibre pouch included with your purchase to clean lenses, never paper towels or clothing. Store in the protective pouch when not in use and never place face-down. Keep them out of the car on hot days — extreme heat warps frames.

Yes — we offer Try Before You Buy through our at-home trial service. Select 2–5 items, try them for 4 days, and only pay for what you keep. A $10 restocking fee applies if all items are returned. Visit our Try at Home page to get started.

General

We do, for LXD styles only. You’ll find a “Purchase with Prescription” button beneath the Add to Cart button on all LXD product pages. For Liive Core styles, we recommend visiting your local optometrist for prescription lenses.

It depends on where and how you fish:

  • Brown — the best all-rounder. Handles everything from open water to estuary.
  • Green Mirror — great for inshore fishing in medium-light conditions. Excellent contrast and detail.
  • Blue Mirror — built for offshore and deepwater. Cuts glare hard in bright, open-water environments.
  • Gold Mirror — brown base with gold coating. Sharpens detail and contrast across a wide range of conditions.
  • Silver Mirror — green base with silver flash. Enhances visibility through the water surface while maintaining a classic look.
  • Smoke — reduces glare without boosting contrast or colour. Best if you prefer a natural, true-to-life view.
